Media Rectification / Corrections Note

Purpose. This Note explains how media outlets, platforms, and publishers can request factual corrections or rectifications regarding references to The O/A Group International Ltd. ("O/A"). It is a neutral process document and does not admit liability.

How to request a correction. Send an email to hello@theoa.group with the subject line “Rectification Request” and include:

  • Link(s) to the content, publication name, author/editor, and date of publication.

  • The exact statement(s) you seek to correct and your proposed corrected wording.

  • The basis for correction (e.g., document or source) and supporting evidence (attachments/links).

  • An urgent-by date if time-sensitive (e.g., ahead of a broadcast).

What we do. We will acknowledge receipt, review the request on a priority basis, and respond with one of: (i) correction accepted and implemented; (ii) partial correction; (iii) clarification; (iv) reasoned refusal. Where appropriate, we may issue a Right of Reply or a factual Clarification/Correction for the record.

Scope and limits. This process covers factual accuracy. It does not govern opinion pieces, editorial judgments, or third-party comments. Nothing in this Note waives or limits O/A’s rights in law (including defamation, privacy/data protection, and IP).
