Our commitment. O/A opposes all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in our business and supply chains and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place.

Risk assessment. We conduct periodic risk reviews focusing on higher‑risk geographies and categories and adjust controls accordingly.
Training. Annual training for relevant staff on modern slavery risks and reporting channels.
Effectiveness. We track KPIs such as supplier attestations completed, escalations investigated, and remediation outcomes.
Approval. This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year stated above and was approved by the Board of Directors of The O/A Group International Ltd. on January 5th, 2025
